Central Area Conference

 Conference members outside the Officers' Mess, RNZAF Base Ohakea Cadet Officers from the NZCF Central Area recently attended their annual conference hosted on RNZAF Base Ohakea.

International Off Shore sailing

 The cadet crew with their skipper and the NZ Consul General Six Sea Cadet Corps cadets from TS Talisman recently completed a voyage to New Caledonia as crew of the 15 metre yacht “Simply Wild”. The crew were under the command of Sub Lieutenant Milo Coldren (NZCF).

ISCEP - Singapore

 In early June a party of four Sea Cadet Corps cadets joined Sea Cadets from around the world for the annual International Sea Cadet Exchange Programme in Singapore.

 T/S Talisman personnel with their RAN guests Nine cadets from T/S Talisman recently hosted four RAN sailors off HMAS ANZAC on a day's keeler racing out of Nelson. The cadets were gaining experience before taking part in an ocean race to New Caledonia scheduled for July.
